Return Policy

At KB Wireless, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as it was sold in, with all included accessories. You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase price within the allotted return period. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Warranty

Every used item we carry is rigorously inspected and tested before being put up for resale. All devices are guaranteed to work, regardless of the cosmetic condition they are in. All used phones have a 30-day parts and labor warranty. Our standard warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use such as stuck buttons, screen failure, camera sensor failure, etc. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to accidental damage, mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing and operation outside of design limits.

Warranty

KB Wireless provides a warranty for all repairs and parts free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to accidental damage, mishandling, physical damage, water damage, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, improper repair by someone other than KB Wireless, use of any other product other than KB WirelessÂ’ products or unauthorized modifications.
